What We Do
Integrated Community helps immigrants and their families become self-sufficient and independent in order to contribute to our NW Colorado community.
Who We Reach
Our primary target population is limited English speaking, low-income, under-employed youth, families and community members looking to understand and access resources and services in Routt County. However, Integrated Community also serves local businesses, medical providers, law enforcement, school teachers, counselors, and non-immigrant community members. The more services we can provide, the less dependent our clients will be on emergency and crisis services, which ultimately results in a more unified, thriving community.
Immigration Services
We are authorized by the U.S. Department of Justice to provide immigration services, including naturalization applications, family petitions, DACA applications and renewals, and more.

We are the only program in the Yampa Valley that provides assistance to non-English speaking community members in the areas of medical, employment, housing, legal and other basic needs decreasing the workload of other human service agencies in the area. In 2016, we received Recognition from the U.S Department of Justice to provide limited immigration services. We enhance human service agencies’ capacity to serve their immigrant constituency through language support and cultural training. We also extend bilingual troubleshooting, advocacy, mediation, education and case management services to immigrant constituents ranging from newborns to adults who have not attained proficiency in English.
