You may leave Integrated Community all or a portion of the remaining assets after your estate expenses and specific bequests are distributed:

I give and devise to Integrated Community (EIN #46-1325467), with a primary mailing address at PO Box 773417, Steamboat Springs, CO 80477, all [or state a percentage] of the rest, residue, and remainder of my estate, both real and personal, to be used for its general support.

You may name Integrated Community as a contingent beneficiary in your will or personal trust if one or more of your specific bequests cannot be fulfilled:

If [insert name] is not living at the time of my demise, I give and devise to Integrated Community (EIN #46-1325467), with a primary address at PO Box 773417, Steamboat Springs, CO 80477, the sum of $_________ [or all or a percentage of the residue of my estate] to be used for its general support.

No will is necessary to designate Integrated Community as a beneficiary of your IRA, other qualified retirement plan, life insurance, donor-advised fund, or bank account. You may name Integrated Community as a beneficiary, accomplishing a charitable goal while realizing significant tax savings.
